Press: The Final Stage of the Year

Pressing the grapes is the final step before the wine goes into the barrels. The press squeezes out the juice between the skin of the berry and the pulp.

The Fermentation Process Begins

All the grapes have made it into the tanks safely. Now, we have been working with the “must”, which is what we call grapes and juice as they are fermenting in the tanks.

Harvest in Adopt's Vineyard

The grapes have been picked, destermmed and sorted. Because of a storm that was about blow through the Napa Valley, we had to do a night pick for the first time. Join us on our harvest 2007 adventure.
